After I take a nap for about 3 hours till 11.00 pm on Wednesday, then I did my homework, the journal because the deadline was on the Thursday. I finished it at 03.00 am on Thursday, somehow I felt that I wanted to do jogging aroud, so after take a little break and do some warming up, I started to jogging at 05.00 am, I jogging for about 15 minutes… Yeah, it was not too long (anyway, it was a jogging right? So it doesn’t matter how long it was😀 ). After cooling down, I took a bath at 06.00 then bought some food and milk, then preparing anything for that day. I was proud of myself beacause of that🙂, althought in the morning I felt migrain come into my head and gone until two days after that (._. ).
